Applied under Semi Skilled BC PNP

Hi,
So I applied for BC PNP under Semi Skilled entry level category. I started working with my employer in May 2017 and I didn’t apply for a while but i got ITA in December 2018 and mailed the application this year April. So all in all I have worked here at the employer for 2 years. Does that 2 year experience matters or perhaps can be used to speed up the process. Also I haven’t got the File number yet. How much time after mailing the application does it take to get file number.
