I applied to AINP under H1B stream last month. Now, I found a mutual friend who can sponsor my PR application under FSW by giving an offer letter. So I want to start an application with CIC under FSW - AEO category.
1) I am just wondering if it is okay to file a new application under FSW?
2) Do I have to inform Alberta about this new application? Will they reject my AINP application if I inform?

Do you still need to continue on AINP? This is the first stage and then you will still have to apply to CIC, there will be 2 application at CIC. You will get a mail from CIC later asking you to select an application which should be processed.

Divagirl,

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I still want to continue my AINP. Because I don't know which application will become successful. I will drop one of the 2 applications when I reach medicals stage in ANY ONE of them. I read in some post that at medicals stage, CIC will ask to drop one application. Is that right? Once I reach medicals in one process, I don't care about the other one. But until then, I would like to have both running (even if that means paying CIC 550 dollars twice)

Thanks again.
