Applied to 4 Universities for Data Analytics Course for Fall 2021...Please suggest the scholarships and my next steps

Applied to 4 universities for Fall 2021 (Master's)
1. University of waterloo (MMSc)
2. Simon fraser (Big Data)
3. UOfCalary (Data Science)
4. McMasters ( Computational statistics)

Can anyone suggest me my next steps till I hear from them and also suggest on below:
1. Scholarship process
2. GIC : when should I start for it, should I wait for till I hear from any university.
3. Insurance (Medical and Travel both) information
4. from where should i get the finance done ( India or Canada)

Very few external scholarships. You need to research any scholarships that those institutions may have and Canadian Universities are not that generous in scholarships. Research programs are usually funded though.
