Hi, I have a closed work permit in Canada. My wife came to canada on visitor visa and applied for inland open/spousal work permit on 30th May 2022. This month I have got another employer who are comfortable sponsoring my work permit and we have applied for the new LMIA. I will be getting the LMIA by early August and then we will be applying for my new closed work permit.
Do I have to apply for my wife's open/spousal work permit along with mine again?
Or should I just notify IRCC regarding the change in employer/LMIA on her existing work permit application?
