Applied Restoration of workpermit on January 07 2016

Hello Everyone,

Is there any one who applied restoration of work permit in January? :I applied on January 07 2016.

The processing times show that they are processing application recieved on Mar 2016. When I checked the status of my application, it says
"processing". I have been waiting too long for my work permit now. do any of you know how long it really takes?

It sounds like you're looking at work permit process times. If you are also applying for restoration - it typically takes quite a bit longer. I believe many here have had to wait 4-5 months for restoration. So you should be getting close to the end.

I hope I get it sooner so that I can continue my work.
Is there any contact information through which I can contact and speak to an actual person regarding my work permit exact status? I tried calling CIC but they have made it automated response.
