Applied on 3rd june ......still under process

i applied on 3/6/14 from vfs hyderabad under spp.my application status is still under process.Some of my friends apllied on same date from hyderabad got the confirmation.

how long does it take to process?

I have applie on 29th may still didnot get visa in general category and others who have applied after me will get visa very early...how cic work that have to be understand...
