I applied on 19th Nov 2010 DD cashed on 30th November 2011, still not received any AOR from CIO or VO i sent email and they replied to it that they have received the application (no date is mentioned when or Ecase No.) they further said application is awaiting review.
can anyone tell me what exactly they mean and what will be next expected action from their side.

I would suggest you to contact CIO ASAP. CIC call centre number: +16139444000, then dial 1-2-1-2-1. You will listen recorded instruction and will ask you for file number, as you don't know any thing about your application so just hang on there and after few moment you will be connected with a customer service agent. Agent will ask you few security question about your application, so make sure you have all of your papers with you and hopefully they will provide you all information you need.
