Applied in August medical still not updated

Hey guys i am worried as i lodged my file on 28th august and till now there has been no update other than biometricswhich were updated on 22nd December.i did not even receive an aip.my friend who applied in November received an aip and his medical also got updated his eligibility is in review.am i alone like this?

Nope I also applied in August got no updates.no aip , no medical update and many more are there ur not alone . hope for the best
