Applied for visitor visa: Biometeric stopped due to COVID :Expert advise Needed

I am PR n living in Ontario. I have visitor visa for my brother. He received request for biometric but biometric not happening due to COVID.
i have already booked ticket for myself n my mother for 25 dec.

what should I do ??

It's not entirely clear what you are asking.

Your brother will need to complete biometrics before his visitor visa application can be finalized. He will either need to wait for biometrics centres to reopen in his country or fly to a different country to take biometrics if that is possible for him.
