Applied for study permit on 30th July at Delhi embassy

I applied for a study permit on 30th July at Delhi embassy. My application status on gckey is still only under progress. I have got a UCI number though. My classes are starting from 4th September. How long does it take for study permit to be processed at Delhi embassy ? Anyone here who applied at the same date as mine ?
