Applied for PGWP >> Currently Study permit and sin expired >> Possibility of new job>> Can I work?

Hi the situation is
I applied for my PGWP within 90 days time.
Current processing time for PGWP is 70 days. (May increase)
Right now my study permit and sin is expired.
I have a possibility of getting a new job offer from employer.

Can I start working with my expired SIN number and being on implied status?

I had posted the same question in other thread of this forum. One person said its upto the employer. If they want they can hire. Its kind of a loophole. The employer decides everything. If they boldly support you there won't be problem. But they take risk upon you.
