applied for canada visitor visa, but refused due to purpose of visit and financial assets

I applied for canada visitor visa in the m/o jan 2020 but got refusal because the visa counselor not satisfied that you will come back.
they denied with reason:- 1. purpose of visit & 2. Financial Assets.

So please advise me what should be done next time to clear the above reasons
i submitted my property papers, six months bank statements, lic and other investment arround 41 lacs
and showing salary Rs. 26000/- per month.

PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT SHOULD BE DONE NEXT TIME TO REAPPLY ?

to celebrating birthday on 16.01.2020 of my nephew and other tourism purpose
for this my bro send me invitation letter
i submit my documents to agent on 18.12.2019 but my biomatrics letter come on 08.01.2020
on dtd.13.01.2020 i give my biomatrics and on dtd.20.01.2020 received me refusal letter.
