I would like to have your feedback on the the following matter:
in Dec 2011, I have applied for CSQ and till todate I didn't receive it.
Right now I am applying as an International student for a Phd in Montreal University.
I would like to know if this may hinder my immigration process to Quebec (i.e. affect obtaining the CSQ)?
if not, would it make the immigration process faster the fact of obtaining a student visa to Quebec?
