All of the December applicants have received some sort of update either eligibility or medical but I haven't. Can you recommend to me what should I do? or what could be possibly wrong with my application?

If you see above trend, none of us have our eligibility started. In your case, medicals is pending but that usually doesn't mean much if it is upfront. I see mostly applicant from Oct & Nov getting their decisions in bulk since last week. I guess this is their approach now and they take it month by month.

Just yesterday I noticed a few early December applicants getting their eligibility review started, I hope we get our’s started by third week of March.
