Every time the VO officer reviews your file, he writes when will they check your file again. That is the bring forward date. It could be written in short e.g. B'fd or something like this.
Eligibility has been done means that they accepted the papers you provided, that you passed the required score & that you are eligible for processing. I don't know if they will check your work experience further but the accepted your experience letter you provided. That is to my humble knowledge.

i submitted my new born baby details in march...so they just updated that...and i have noticed they have been regularly updating my case once every month since march, however without any changes...
and when will they start security checks and medical...if they have accepted my experience letter then they should just process it further with medicals and security rather than keeping it in the pile... :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

Not able to check my ecas status
I have the same issue since sat 2nd june I am not able to access by Canadian app. status. I tried by giving both UCI and App.no....but was not successful. I cleared my browser cache, used another PC...but it looks the same(as below)...I am sure I haven't made a mistake in giving the input data.
