When I sent my application it arrived at CPC-M on April 10th and I got text acknowledgement the following day stating that I will receive a letter or email when processing begins which is probably get within the next few weeks.
For those that have had applications returned (not that I feel like my application would be returned but who knows anything can happen) do IRCC send you an email prior to them sending your application back to you or do you just recieve a letter within your application package when it comes back? Just good to know so I kinda able to estimate how long the AOR email will take to come through and whether or not it's processing.
Wouldn't want to get any surprises on my door step haha!
nothing is received to indicate the application is being returned. the package is just sent back without notification. Typically, there is a letter in the package that is suppose to outline the issue. however, a lot of people struggle to understand the problem because it's not always clearly identified.
Well, they will be asking for Schedule A and a medical at a later stage.
Also, no, not necessarily. What it means is that your papers have passed the 'quick look' test, which is to say that you seem to have all of the forms and attachments. But once they start reviewing the various forms and attachments in detail, they may well ask for more or clarification.
Not trying to deflate you. Certainly in my own case, I was never asked for any additional information (which is no uncommon). Just wouldn't want you to think that apart from your medical and schedule A that is it.
Ah okay yeah that's understandable. I have read a few cases on here where people have been asked for more information in regards to the relationship evidence. I haven't recieved AOR or SA yet but I have applied for a UK Police Certificate so I have it for when they request it as it takes a while to obtain from experience where I applied for one before when I first came to Canada on my OWP.
