I am facing the same error while trying to upload a my work permit application as well as my kids visit permit application. I have done this before and there was no error. I downloaded the latest form, entered all information, validated and saved it. Upon uploading I receive the error that 'The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted'. I tried all browsers: IE 11, Chrome, Firefox. We are in a hurry to get visa as we have less time. Any help is appreciated.

Unfortunately, I experienced the exact same issue today as I was trying to upload the IMM5257E form. I downloaded the form directly from the application page (shown 06-2019 on the bottom left of the form) and had no issue filling or validating it. However, I could not upload the form due to the same error.
I have submitted a technical issue report in the meantime.
My application is an urgent one and if anyone has any advice as to how I should proceed that would be very much appreciated!

Yes, I used that one, the latest one with the left footer "06-2019". I'm using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (19.012.20034). I also applied for visa last time with no problem but I don't know why I got stuck this time. Hope you can help me figure this out. Thank you!

this is uday. I am facing same probelm like you. The hell website doesnot allow me to upload it due to version issue. please let me know if you solved it. Because mine too an urgent call to go india for my brother death. So, i thought to send the paper application to express courier.

I suggest we all report the technical issue (you can do that on the application page) with a screenshot of the error as well as a detailed explanation (e.g. tried different browsers, computers, Adobe Reader version etc.). Hopefully they will pick up on the issue and fix it ASAP!!
Hi guys..Even I am facing same issue today. I have got my work permit and want to update my trv but facing same error even after using updated form, updated adobe reader dc.
