It took 3 months to get my acceptance letter from UVic and then another 3 months to get approved for my study permit. My study permit was delayed, but even if you get your study permit in 1 month, I believe you'll still be pushing it to make it to Jan. 2020 intake, you may have to defer until Sept. intake.
