I have all my forms and papers ready to be sent to Sudney NS, I read some where we shouldn't steple the forms and papers together. i agree. but can i
1. Arrange the forms and put a paper clip on form with more the one page.
2. Should I put the additional sheets after the actual form pages or at the place where the question appeares.
like in background decelaration form. i have 3 additional sheets of paper. where should i put them after the form pages (4 pages) or in between the pages where the questions appeares.
May be sounds like a silly question but i would like to knwo other's views?
In market you can get clear file( document folder) which contain lot of papers just slide all your documents in no need to staple or clips. This what i did for my documents and there is no fear of loosing or bending of papers.
you can put the extra sheets for additional information right after the page with the question. it would be wise to put follow the format of the form and indicate what question is being answered with the extra sheet.

Thanks but if we use this transparent document holder for the forms then we have to user a bigger envelop then specified in the instructions (12"x9"), what do you think about this?
i stapled form-wise... each form with its extra sheets together...then i had a bundle each for each form.
it worked at NS...
These I left loose arranged in the order asked by them. Now, they have a checklist for the order as well... so, you can use the checklist to order the forms.
Yes I did the same way. I arranged them in the order of Checklist. Every form with separate bundle and stappled them separately. Draft stappled on the top.
