Application to Sponsor Parents. Form question

Hello,
When filling out this form the principle applicant would be my Father?

Then when filling out form IMM 0008ENU Generic Application form he (My Father) would then fill out the information about his wife (My Mother) who will then be joining him and be part of the whole application?
