I'm going to pull my hair out trying to download the above application! I've tried 5 different computers, completed all the Adobe Reader download requirements, and I still can't access the application! is anyone else experiencing the same problem?? Anyone have a suggestion on how I can access the application?
Did you save it to your computer or just tried opening it in a browser? If you are trying to open through a browser it will not work. Try saving it to your computer and then open it.
