Application taking us longer than usual to process

Hello All,

I have submitted my Canada PR application on April 21, 2019 and the Estimated completion date was October 21, 2019.
My review of eligibility and my background check are still in process.
Is there any way we can find out where the application is stuck and is there any way to contact them via phone or email?
