Application Status

Salaam Pakistan,

My ecase shows the status of my application as below:-

We received your application for permanent residence on June 4, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 23, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

One of my friend told me that you will receive a letter of Rejection soon...because before this status one must receive Medical request...Is this true???? Plzzz help

No one can tell you the exact situation...majority says its rejection bt some got medical request through this letter...so hope for the best brother...best of luck

if the online case status for a particular application shows that a decision has been made, processing has already begun on that application and it is currently awaiting further review.

how r u hey ur processing date is 5-3-12 did u received any thing after ur processing date.i am asking because my processing date is also 22-3-12 but i also didn't received anything after that from my vo

Wish this could be correct but its not that way.

When a person is sending CSE to Visa Office (any location), they will reply with a standard mail. At that time they will not see your case status and just replying a standard one in order to avoid further queries.

Though there are sometime E-case glitches which is not reliable all the time.

When a person is sending CSE to Visa Office (any location), they will reply with a standard mail. At that time they will not see your case status and just replying a standard one in order to avoid further queries.

Ya, you are correct. The visa office uses a standard reply. But in recent days, they are getting a thousand emails for getting DM after or before IP. I find people with DM before IP have got refusal/rejection letters but people with DM but after IP are not getting any letter and they are getting such replies from VO. Even I have noticed a few people who have got DM after IP and waiting for rejection letter got MR! It is happening and it's true.

In my point of view, its true the visa office always try to send a standard set reply, however, these replies are not whimsical. I have few friends who have been rejected and have not got the standard set reply! Best of luck!

MR after DM seems to unusual....?.. I am not able to digest...

It is clear in DM that a letter was sent in April,2012. It was same status just like mine and I received rejection letter.
I think a visa specific inquiry is must in this case because it is 90% rejection.
Most seniors say that you have almost 30 days for reconsideration letter for refusal letter. By sending case specific inquiry you will be saved for any time based constraints by not receiving any letter in case it is rejection.
