I was checking my application status using the IVR option. However, when I entered the UCI number using the telephone keypad, it transfers me to the call center agent. This was not the case before.
I have already received the PER, UCI, and immigration file number. Also, my ECAS is showing "in process".
Is there any one facing the same issue?
I would request all the PER members to verify the status using IVR and then revert.

what'S IVR stands for,can you please shed some light?
what are you exactly trying to find,if you have already received your PER and you are able to see your status as in process using E-cas then you are all good to go,the rest is a waiting game.
