Application sent in over a month ago...

I submitted my PR application along with a request for an open-work permit a little over a month ago and have not heard anything from the Canadian Government. I applied from British Columbia. Does anyone have a general idea as to when I may get a letter in the mail or any notification that the application has been received or approved for processing? I'm just wondering how long until I might see any evidence of this! Thanks!

Assuming you applied inland - you probably won't hear anything until your open work permit is issued (so around the four month mark).
