Has anyone else received the "You didn't upload a citizenship photo (wrong or blank document uploaded)" reason for an application being returned? The photo was a digital photo, taken at a photo studio that does immigration photos, and I entered the photographer info in the section where it was requested.

How can I avoid this happening again and having the application delayed further?
