Application returned CIC fault

has anyone gotten their application returned and the paperwork was in the package? How did they rectify this with Cic, I’m Devastated and don’t know where to go from here I’m not willing to wait another 2 months knowing I didn’t make the mistake-

They said non- accompany child birth certificate was not in the package and it was there. I have scanned copy entire package as well.

Had they have told me why they were returning it when I called I would of kept the package sealed and sent it right back unopened

sorry about the return of your application......their mistake has cost your some lost time.....but maybe you include a note and re-send it back to them......advice you do a quick review with the checklist 2018v......
