hello formu members , Rupesh ,Leon ,PMM & others

I applied for PR under FSW on sept 2008 and received my file no. on oct2008 . Since I am not under 38 NOC list released on NOv 2008 . My case got trasnsfered to I NS Sydney an I was expecting my refusal and refund thereafter.

Today when I checked my online status on ecas and it shows we received your application for PR on sept 2008. It is really srprising !!!

Can anybody suggest what does this means ???

Do they return my refund or what else I can expect from this ????????

Early reply is highly appreciated.

it means they received your application in september and they are yet to process it for the ministerial list (i am guessing the second part).
