I applied before 27 February 2008 and in the AOR it mentioned that my application would not be started processing before 48-52 months .

The latest general update of March 2011 on processing time for respective CIC centers it informs applications submitted before 27 February 2008 for Singapore office will now have 61 months

Do anyone know how frequently this time line is updated ? Is on a routine period basis or as and when necessary basis
