I had submitted my study application in December 2019, after which I waited till march to receive a letter which said they have some doubt regarding my identity information, to which I responded within 3 days of time which was a PROCEDURAL FAIRNESS LETTER, after which I am yet to receive any update from them, My Docs are pretty clear and SOP is designed in a detailed manner for better understanding, when can I hear from them during this situation , any suggestions , or anything I can do to at-least know the status of my application , any inputs would be appreciated..
