Hello,

I landed in Canada on 17th June 2018. I received a request to submit the photographs on 7th August and I sent a courier on 13th August with new photographs. However, I noticed that the application number (starting with R followed by 9 digits) specified on the photo request letter is different from the application number (starting with E followed by 9 digits) in my CIC account.

Is this normal?

The application number starting with E (Application type - Permanent Residency) was “Approved” on 17th September 2017.

Having said all this, I didn’t receive my PR card yet. After reading a couple of threads on this forum I gathered that after submitting the pictures it can again take 60 days to get the card.

Hi. Did you receive the card? After how many days?
