PER is way too early for Sept Applicants. You can expect such end of the month as they are charging Sept 4th now, and PER comes within 2 weeks of charges at current speed.

i have applied on 22nd October, NOC 2132 Mechanical Engineering
Payment DD, HSBC Bank
When do u think i will get the PER, Also can i check with Bank is the DD encased or not
