5710 form: Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada as a Worker.

I was going over the application and noticed on page 3 under 'Details of intended work in Canada,' question number 2.
"Details of my prospective employer (attach original offer of employment)."

What do they mean be "original offer of employment?" Are they referring to the Letter of Employment I signed when I was offered the job
