Application form Q5 - forgot to include my official name

I saw several threads asking about Q5. I found out I forgot to include my birth name for Q5, only added my nickname.
Will they return my application? Or, should I open a ticket to have IRCC update my file?
Just sent my application a couple of weeks ago.

this is solved. I've never changed my name, so I only need to fill out the names that are not the same as my application name.

hi do we need to rewrite again on our orginal name in question 5 of the form even if I did nt changed the name? thanks

No, we don't need to rewrite. If your application name is XYZ, then only list those that are not XYZ

"We need to know all of the names you have ever used in order to verify your identity. If you used any other names other than the one being requested in your grant of citizenship application, print them in the chart. "
