I have a question. My wife applied for a student permit and I applied for an open work permit to study in Quebec. We are from Venezuela and It has been over a month and I haven't received an answer from the local visa office (Mexico city). My question is the following:
I need to travel to Peru and I will be staying there for at least a month. I wanted to know if it is ok, when we receive the approval from the LVA, to send the passports from Peru instead of Venezuela or if I need to notify to the embassy the fact that I'm not currently in Venezuela.
