We ( four founders directors) applied for PR under Start up Visa Program in 2022 and received AOR . Currently my application is showing Returned though all required documnet had been resubmitted and acknowledged by IRCC . We have initiated my PR file re-opening application via MP Office as well
> Under these conditions , can I apply for Open work Permit( as per recent Introduction of 3 years Open Work permit for SUV PR applicants ),
> will there be any chance of getting OWP rejection due to PR portal showing status as "Returned"
> what supporting documents can be provided to mitigate possible effect of "Returned" status
