Hi,
i have a job offer from Montreal Quebec and i goona join it next week. i want to know can i apply for immigration from toronto? or should i apply from Montreal under Quebec skilled worker. i heard that if you apply from quebec they give you tough time if you dont know the french. can anybody guide me
