Application for Criminal Rehabilitation

Hello...I'm new here and I was wondering if anyone knows the address to where my fiance should mail his Application for Criminal Rehabilitation?

Also, does anyone know or have personally experienced with entering Canada via England (finace is UK Citizen and I am US citizen) with a past criminal (B & E, 25 yrs ago, time spent 3 yrs in prison) and filled out the criminal rehabilitation form and been denied entry to Canada via England?

Any help, ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I won't be much help to answering your question . My boyfriend ( who lives in the US ) applied for a criminal rehabilitation to get back into Canada to visit me just over a year ago. We mailed the letter to the embassy in Canada, which then got forwarded to an office in New York. It was so long ago I don't entirely remember the address or anything & I apologize.
They received the application in January of 2013 and we are still patiently waiting for some sort of reply.
If you, or anyone else, has any other information or past experiences with the criminal rehabilitation process that would be much appreciated !

It has been 25 years and he was not allowed into Canada ... Was he denied entry when he arrived in Canada????
