Application for citizenship certificate for minor- born outside Canada

Hi, my brother is a Canadian citizen and his two kids were born after he became a citizen. Can he apply for citizenship for his two kids? How to go about it and what documents does he need to apply for them?

I'm assuming that his kids were born outside of Canada? If so, then as long as your brother is not a citizen by descent himself, then yes, his kids are citizens by descent. He can find out how to apply for their proof of citizenship here:
