Application for Canadian Experience Class

I started working in Canada on 13th Nov 2019. So I will be completing my one year of work experience on coming 13th Nov 2020. I have the express entry profile created on Feb 2019 and waiting to get the points after completing my work experience. But I got the Canadian work exp points last week and I got the ITA on 14th Oct 2020. So, should I have to wait until I complete the work experience and apply for PR or I can submit the documents now? Kindly advise.

Decline the ITA and wait until after November 13.

With this same invitation, can I get all the work-related documents dated after 13th Nov and apply for PR since I have 90 days left to submit the application. Since my work permit is expiring on 2nd week of Dec, I will be a risk by declining the invitation and waiting for it. Kindly advise.

You must have had one year as of the date of the ITA, so you have to decline it.
