application filled and submitted online but not appearing under submitted tab

hi all, i submitted my study permit extension application online yesterday , the payment went through aswell, but it still shows under the 'not yet submitted' tab and the details section shows 'processing submission'. usually, it is instantly submitted and becomes a part of the submitted tab. any one experienced something like this before ? processing times in canada for study permit extension have already increased to two months now ( was two weeks last year ) :/ . not sure what i should do,

I submitted Yesterday May 14.

status still shows 'Processing submission'.

phew, i thought i was the only one, i called the agent and i was told that the 63 days processing time will start from when the application officially appears under submitted. and the technical people could take upto 10 days to process my query regarding this issue, hope they fix this issue soon.
