I applied on august from qatar and since that i keep checking until yesterday it was we are reviewing your eligibility but today the application disappeared and nothing showing in the application history

Mine also disappeared today. Applied from Qatar on new portal in July 2022.

Same in our case. Visitor visa application in the New Portal was in the "Submitted" state, and today it is not showing up.
"No data available in table"
Hopefully it is a technical glitch and it will appear again soon.

same here..submitted my application on 9th June 2022 from Dubai. no update since then and application got disappeared.

My parent's visit visa application on IRCC portal got disappeared too when I checked it today. They applied on November 22 2022. Looking at so many people with this problem, I think it is a technical glitch.
