Application delay: Inland spousal sponsorship with Outland dependents

Please can anyone provide an insight into my current situation: I am a September 11 inland spousal applicant with 3 dependents (Outland) children and 1 year Canadian born child that’s living with us. I and my spouse have over 13 years relationship before we finally got married here in Canada. Last update on my application was medical passed in January and since then no update and we’ve not been asked for ADR. Ordered GCMS notes everything seems okay and when I called, I was told my application is fine.

My question is: why the delay? Does my Outland dependent has any impact that might cause the delay?

Those with Outland dependent children: was your application delayed than other applicant with your own AOR date?
