Hello,

I recently refused for student visa with a reason 'PURPOSE OF VISIT' in SPP program on 4 december 2015. Should i relaunch my application in general category between 1-2 days for jan 2016 intake.

What is your qualification
And what was the program... Which college?
Did u attach SOP?
And when did u apply?

I completed my graduation in btech computer science in sept 2015. I apply in course Post graduate 'Enterprise Project Management' in Lambton college, Toronto.

Yes, i attached my SOP.

I applied my application on 23 Nov 2015

I would like to suggest not to apply again. The deadline is December 1st for paper based and December 5th for online if you want to go for January intake. If you apply now, your application is likely to be refused again without processing as you didn't give enough time to the visa officer to review your file.

You better apply for May 2016 intake or September 2016 intake in general category.

Use the time to improve your SOP, Get your CAIPS Notes, fix the highlighted issues in your refused application, gather additional documents needed for general category and then apply again.

Good luck.

I am also refused from new zealand immigration. Because i applied for visitor visa for spending my holidays in march 2015. I got refused just for a wrong guidence by an agent. But i mention everything in canada immigration. Is nz refusal be also a reason for student visa refused by canadian high commision?

No u cant apply .you need to have at least a month gap before applying in any intake.gud luck
who gave u this totally wrong information. u can apply anytime again. I would recommend first find out why u were rejected and then address the reason for rejection and then apply. For jan intake it is recommended u apply before 1 dec but they take applications even after. Either they would reject or ask for a deferral letter of admission and depending on the country they may sometimes approve.

I was denied twice.apllied again on 2 Dec through Ahmedabad vfs under non spp. Will it be a ny problem as I have applied on 2nd dec?? Kindly pray for me that I get my visa this time.
