Application category for In-Canada protected person's family members abroad

Hello,
I am a spouse of an in-canada protected person. my wife and kids got their PR status. I was included in the application. Hence visa office contacted me to submit PR application forms.

what should i choose for the program category? family/spouse? or refugee/ in-Canada or refugee-Out of Canada? I got application number and it starts with G.

also for the PR generic form, do i need to add my children again? they already have PR status and are in Canada.
