once you have submitted you r application for PR it takes around 4 to 6 months.

its different for different cases but that is the range

Ottawa has very high volume of applications. I'd say 4-5 months if lucky
Some PNP files were exceptionally quick though

Exactly. I'm in the same boat inland CEC. Not expecting anything until June.
