My wife will be taking her daughter for her medical examination. The daughter will be a non-accompanying applicant.
Obviously on the form the Person Examined will be the daughter's name and information. Under the "Principal applicant, if different from person in 1" section who do I put myself as the sponsor or my wife as the person being sponsored?
