hello every one i need some help with my husband case .my husband lived in Australia for 8 year he met a girl there and they got married .after marriage it didn't work and they got divorced .and he remarried to me and i am Canadian immigrant and applied for him to come here i went to Australia i in 2015 to marry him according to civil marriage law.and applied for his immigration and they refused him because they thought its fake marriage .So to proffer that we went to India and did our traditional marriage .i had ADR meeting but they refused to because of lack of time .My question is is it good idea to withdraw the appeal and re apply from beginning as i don't want to wait for two year .i rely love him and cannot live without him my life is so disturbed because of that plz help me and give a advise if i re apply its gonna be more quicker or i should wait

What do you mean by 'i had ADR meeting but they refused to because of lack of time'?
Generally reapplying is faster than appealing, but if you have already had an ADR, CIC might expect you to continue on with the appeal.

i had adr meeting they were happy with me only concern they had was with my husband so they couldnot talk to him on that day so he said he refer to next hearing where they can talk to my husband so i m just wondering if i withdraw now and apply again is more quicker than waiting for two year

Are you sure it will take 2 years. Once you had ADR, perhaps full hearing will be soon. Did they tell you it would be 2 years?
