Appeal case when spouse is Cuban and communication is in Spanish

Hello. I am looking for someone who won an appeal for Cuban or other Spanish speaking spouse. Specifically how much of the communication needs to be translated? Just want to pick someone's brain who went through appeal when communication wasn't in English or French.

Come to the appeals thread. I know one lady Galano123 win her ADR. So there is no calling witness there. But her spouse is Cuban.
In my case my husband & I thought maybe an arabic interpreter could help with answering questions correctly for IAD. However we changed our minds. Before the appeal. And as it turns out they called the interpreter anyhow. Her Arabic was Lebanon. Way different then Moroccan. Thank goodness we don't use her. I always told my husband he spoke better English than most immigrants. They talk with both of us about 20 to 30 minutes. Sorry to hear you got refused. But you can win with good proof.

Thank you for your reply! ADR is different. I need to find someone who went through an appeal. I am not certain about how much to translate for them to be sufficient. We talk on messenger all day every day. If I print and translate it all I will need a truck to deliver it to court thanks for the appeal link! I will check out that thread.

There's tons of us on appeals thread for appeal wins. You need to go for quality conversations. Over quantity. Look for discussions on future goals. Like family and what not. Career. In laws, what will you do if refused. Real discussions.
