i want to know if we need to send old application photo copy at the time of application to visa office or we need to fill new one.?
what if some information has changed (like job or address) then we have to update the forms and fill it again. then what about old copy?

u can use same old form and replace old page with new where there is some change and do write a letter mentioning all changes.

yes u can do that but the best practice is to take printout of whole new forms and send duly signed forms with new dates.
